"I found Paul easy to talk to, I felt he fulfilled my expectations of the Life Coaching session and more."- Michelle, Redhill

From the desk of: Paul Meager, PAMCoaching

Hi,

January 7th has gone..

I read an interesting newspaper article in the Metro recently, it said "Most people who set a resolution on New Years Eve, have given it up by 7th January!" Can you believe it!!  Most people have given up on their resolution or goal within 1 week!!

Why?

Who knows, maybe they just didnt believe they could do it.  Maybe they just didn't commit to it fully.  Maybe they let someone else decide whether they could achieve it, and allowed that to govern their behaviours.  We'll never know the answer, thats for sure.

On Saturday February 7th, I am putting on a low cost trial coaching workshop!!  I have hired a room at the Holiday Inn hotel in my hometown of Guildford, Surrey.  At 10:45am I, Paul Meager, will open the PAMCoaching doors to anyone who wants to come and gain some clarity about what they want from life in 2009.

Register now for your opportunity to try out coaching for the measly sum of 15.00 pounds, yes you read that right!!  I am putting on a workshop and instead of charging 150 pounds and upwards to attend, I only want the 25 people who grasp this opportunity to cover my costs. Oh yes I only have space for 25 people!!

What do you get for your money?

With my help you will:

  • Clarify where you are in your life right now!
  • You will have a clear picture of where you want to be
  • Understand what changes you need to make
  • See what you need to do
  • Know how to set a great goal
  • Have set at least one goal for the coming months (you decide the duration)
  • Understand the consequences if you miss their goal
  • Understand the value of getting your goal
  • A free workbook to keep after the event to refer to again and again
  • A free mp3 recording of  the event so you can listen to it over and over

Try this

A little exercise for you, try and do it without looking at the answers:

  • Pick your favourite number between 1-9
  • Multiply by 3
  • Add 3, then again Multiply by 3 (I'll wait while you get the calculator....LOL)
  • You'll get a 2 or 3 digit number
  • Add the digits together
  • Now match that number with the name on the list to see who your role model is from the list below

1.         Albert Einstein

2.         Nelson Mandela

3.         Margaret Thatcher

4.         Gordon Brown

5.         Bill Gates

6.         Mahatma Gandhi

7.         F.W De Clerk

8.         Adolf Hitler

9.         Paul Meager

10.    Charles De Gaulle

I know, I know....I just have that effect on people....one day you too can be like me.... ;-)

OK, just a bit of fun, but with serious undertones, all the above have something in common.

They do?

They each had an itching that they wanted more from their lives, they wanted to break free and scratch the itch, the one where you know something is wrong, but you can't quite scratch it. They knew there was more to their lives, just as you do.

But first.....

They had to find out what they really wanted. Do you know what you really want?  You will after my workshop and try out my coaching, for I am following a proven process originally designed and used by that great coach Tony Robbins.

Then.....

They each had to find out their goals to be the best they could be in their chosen fields.  Each sat down one day and find out what they were going to do in their lives and set a goal to do it!! But then came the most important thing..........

They found someone who could help them get to where they wanted to go.  Now you have that opportunity too!

And then.....

They did something about it!!

They all set their goals and then took action, Robert Ringer in his book Action! Nothing happens until something moves , talks about combining two of the fundamental principles of life.

The law of averages, do something enough and you'll get more predictable results, and Newton 's third Law of Motion 'every action has an equal or opposite reaction' or put another way every action has a consequence or result.  It can therefore follow that if you take positive action enough times, you will reap positive results, the two laws combine to govern this, and I firmly believe that we mere mortals can't change that.

Of course the opposite is also true, take negative or no action and you get negative or no results, I wonder if Adolf Hitler would rethink through his goals given the opportunity?

What does that have to do with you?

Simple, I know you're not the type of person to quit easily.  You're the type of person that believes you can stick to your goals.  You're the type of person that commits fully to your goals.  You're the type of person that doesn't let someone else decide whether you can achieve your goals, and allow their opinion to govern your behaviours.

But we all know someone who does!!

I'm sure you know someone, I do, who has already quit on their resolutions or goals for 2009.  So go tell them this:

On Saturday February 7th, I am putting on a Goal Setting Extravaganza!!  I have hired a room at the Holiday Inn hotel in my hometown of Guildford, Surrey.  At 10:45am I, Paul Meager, will open the PAMCoaching doors to anyone who wants to come and get committed to their goals for 2009.

On Saturday February 7th I am inviting them and 24 others the opportunity to focus solely on them and their lives, and decide for yourselves what they think is important to them, and decide what they would like to achieve in 2009.

This is what people who have been through my coaching exercises had to say:

"Paul is very friendly, a good listener and helpful."- Tony,Bristol

"Paul was attentive, ensured he listened carefully to my needs and kept me focused."- Sheila, Bromley

As I said, all I am asking is they cover the cost of me hosting this event.

15 pounds! Yes you read it right, I am only asking 15 pounds to cover my costs for hosting this event.

I know, I must be mad, you see, normally a session such as this would cost more than 150 of your finest English pounds, and be sold out in next to no time and yet I only want one tenth of that to cover my costs.  You see I know we've only just got through Christmas, January is a long month for a lot of people, and so I feel like being a little generous.

A reminder of what they'll get for their money?

With my help they will:

  • Clarify where they are in their life right now!
  • They will have a clear picture of where they want to be
  • Understand what changes they need to make
