How to try out life coaching at absolutely no risk and completely FREE!!

From the desk of: Paul Meager, PAMCoaching

Hi,

How many times in your life does an opportunity present itself that is too good to be true?  If that is the case, does it also mean it is too bad to be false?

I bet you have heard the saying, there is no such thing as free lunch.

Well that might also be true in many cases, but what about from someone who is looking to help you, someone who is interested in you, someone who wants to enable you to reach your goals.

What has 2009 in store for you?

We are now in 2009, and I have already heard many people ask me, what goals have you set yourself this year?  My main goal is to help as many people as want my help as possible.  I have a few other personal goals, such as being more organised, keeping my car clean and tidy inside and out.

But my main goal this year is to help more people achieve what they want to achieve.

What is bugging you?

Have you ever had the experience of having something itch, but you have not been able to get rid of the itch but it goes all by itself if you ignore it?  Only to return again a few moments or even quite a while later.  Hmmmm me too.

How about you have wanted to achieve something, a goal or a difficult task, or just try something new.  Only to be told by your nearest and dearest, "Oh don't be so silly, you're happy the way you are!" or "What would you want to go and do that for?" or "You will never do that, you are not .. blah blah blah!"

You have my permission

Well I am here to tell you, you can!  From this moment on, you have my permission to do what ever it is you want to do.  Just make sure is it legal, moral and ethical first please.

Walk on by please

If you are reading this and thinking to yourself "Yeah, yeah, what is it going to cost me!" then please click away NOW!

I am looking for people who recognise that something is not quite right in their lives, people who know that they want more from their life, people who have a desire to do something and take some action.

I do not want people who will gripe and moan and drain the energy from the good people around them.  I do not want people to contact me if they are so set in their ways that they will have an excuse every time they are being asked to try something different.

I am looking for people that recognise that change is all around us and the only thing that remains constant is that things change, sometimes we have control over it sometimes not.

Coaching/Life Coaching whatever you want to call it!

I bet you've heard the term life coaching and you've been told:

"Oh yes, tried that didn't work!"

"Oh yes, got bossed around and told what I had to do to change!"

"Oh yes, we just sat around chanting mantras"

"Oh yes, negative comment, negative comment, negative comment"

You may have seen something or other on TV about how someone came along and found out someones troubles and then solved them for them.

Well guess what, the vast majority of what you may have heard is a load of old tosh.  Next time someone says that above or a similar comment, ask them what they did for themselves!!

You see, there has been negative press about coaching, just as there has been negative press about Sainsbury.  Do you know how many people still shop at Sainsbury despite that negative press?

Here is what some of my clients have to say:

"Paul is a very good listener, just like a coach ought to be." - Doris,Guildford

"Paul kept focussed but allowed time for my goals to open up."- Robert, Liphook

"I have started to see small results, which makes me want to stay on track." -  Jude, Guildford

"I found Paul easy to talk to, I felt he fulfilled my expectations of the Life Coaching session and more."- Michelle, Redhill

"Paul took time to listen and empathise with my current life situation, his welcoming manner gave me the confidence to open up and feel comfortable doing so.  The session gave me a feeling of positivity and inspiration." - Sally, Derbyshire

You decide!

A Good Coach

So what makes a good coach a good coach?

Well below are just a few of my thoughts and beliefs about what makes a good coach, you make up your own mind:

  • A good coach finds out what you want to achieve/change
  • A good coach empowers you to do what is necessary to get you where you want to get to in your life
  • A good coach peels back the layers of self doubt, self imposed limitations, negative beliefs and finds the real you.
  • A good coach is not interested in themselves, only what the client wants to achieve
  • A good coach wont ask you for any money unless you indicate you would like to pay for his/her services
  • A good coach gives you the opportunity to try them out completely risk free
